My car was in the shop three weeks for catalytic converters. This shop couldn't seem to find the correct one to fit my ten year old Mazda 3 after three weeks. My car was returned to me with a “universal" catalytic converters. The check engine light has been on for two weeks telling me something is wrong with the catalytic converters. The pictures are what my catalytic converters should look like. Shiny and new right? Steel alloy? Silver in color? Brand new parts of course should look new. Upon looking under the hood I discovered that the catalytic converters do not look new at all. The second picture is what is under my hood. They look rusted and exactly the same stock ones that I came in with! Are you kidding me!? Three weeks you have my car in your shop, charge for new catalytic converte

I’ve taken my vehicle to Moudy’s three different times for the exact same issue a leaking oil filter housing unit and every single time it was supposedly “fixed” under warranty. The problem kept coming back. The last time, we were very clear about what needed to be done. We even left a note on the steering wheel asking them to replace the plastic housing with the aluminum version so this wouldn’t continue happening. They did install the aluminum part like we asked but somehow still managed to damage the gaskets during installation. It started leaking again shortly after. That’s what’s beyond frustrating. It’s one thing to use the wrong part. It’s another thing to finally use the correct part and still ruin the repair because of carelessness. I had no choice but to take my vehicle somewh

Absolutely amazing people. Some of the nicest non hungry money people I’ve ever met. You can tell they really care about their customers. They offered me and my family drinks and food, and they don’t even charge to keep our truck there. If you have any car issues and you’re in the area you have to come here instead of anywhere else. Beautiful family owned business, there’s not many people like them in the world, truly angels in disguise.

I wish there was a 10⭐️ rating available. I live 30mi North of Searcy. Drove into Searcy on Sunday to visit NLC looking for a local Church home. Arrived/turned off engine 2019 Yukon, but coolant fan kept running. Noticed my dash Temp gage was -0-. Googled Auto Mechanic near me. Moudy Auto Repair showed as "Open".. On Sunday??🤷..Drove there..and YES..OPEN 🙌🙌 They explained exactly what was wrong, showed me "trick" to stop coolant fan until they could get parts and fix the next day/Monday. I Drove in Monday, they fixed within an Hour or so. Great folks, great service...extremely reasonable on their fees for service. Muchas Gracias to Vance and his crew at Moudy Auto Repair.
