I don’t often leave reviews, but I had to share the excellent service I received today. Being from out of town, I found Mountain Air Auto through a Google search, and I’m so glad I did. Colette and Nate are absolute rockstars—kind, knowledgeable, reasonable, and honest. They went above and beyond for me, taking the time to explain and demonstrate what was happening with my break light and even hopped on the phone with my husband to walk him through everything. I’m actually looking forward to future service here and will definitely be back with the rest of my Toyota family! Thanks again!

Took our 97 Dodge in for a stuck heater on defrost and it needed the emergency brake fixed. We had tried and tried on the e brake at another shop and no luck and then BINGO, they fixed the e brake and the heater. Local folks and they know their stuff!

Collette and Nate are great! Family owned business. They are honest and do only what needs to be done to keep my car running well and save me money. They even offer to drive my car to me in Murphys if I can't find a ride. Found my go to car repair place!
