I’ve never written a review for an auto parts store, but the folks here are just amazing. Called ahead to find chains for an odd wheel size, got the most thorough, warm and effective help — and effective chains! — as a result. Very much an above and beyond team of people in this place, which was totally unexpected.

Daniel was a great help to me in fixing my cars fob battery and replacing my windshield wipers. He was kind and didn’t judge me for not knowing how to do these things on my own. I highly recommend him!

Great team, they honor a chain warranty from Bear Valley Adventure (the gas station place in Bear Valley Village, and that place sucks), one chain broke just right away, I got back to the store and they said there is no return, but it wasn't a return it was a warranty and they didn't care, just told me if I want I need to come to O'Reilly and handle it with them and O'Relly did and was very fast and helpful.

I went to this location to pick up a new battery and have it installed. I was warmly greeted by Glen. He looked up my make and model and recommended a specific battery. Although the listing mentioned that it may be a complex installation, Glen checked my car and said he was up for the task! My battery was tricky. Glen had to do more than just detach and pull the used one. Even though removal required a lot more, Glen was patient, calm, and focused. His level of customer service was over the top! His service went above and beyond. He was so great, I offered him a tip. He refused. If you visit this store, look for Glen. It is easy to spot him. He is an older gentleman with a great smile. It is obvious he enjoys his work and has a level of professionalism you wouldn’t expect. God bless you, G
