I normally don’t leave reviews, but our experience with these two dealerships has been unbelievably frustrating. My wife purchased a nearly $80,000 Jeep, and the engine failed at just a little over 20k miles. Since then, both Lithia Jeep in Ontario, Oregon and Auto Ranch Jeep in Mountain Home, Idaho have been impossible to work with. For weeks, we’ve been told someone would call us back. Multiple promises from the GM and even the owner that this would be handled “right away,” yet not a single follow-up. Calls go unanswered, voicemail after voicemail, and zero accountability. It truly feels like once they made the sale, they stopped caring altogether. At this point, we’ve had no choice but to hire a lawyer to try to get this resolved. These guys actually diagnosed AND fixed my vehicle the same day as my appointment! Only 1 star off for rescheduling my original appointment for a few weeks later, but by then they certainly took care of business. Happy customer here. Edited to add: they were the second dealer I went to for a fix because the other guys couldn't find any issues (aka didn't even look).

Do NOT buy your new or used vehicle at this Dealership. They are the WORST Dealership in the United States. The entire 'culture' with this place is NOT to help you. There entire attitude is nonchalance and unconcern. All they care about is MONEY and not helping you with your problem. They just don't care. If they can swindle you, they'll swindle you. I had a 'chirp' in my Ford Ranger and I simply wanted a technician to listen to it and try and tell me what it was. I don't want to bring it into their garage or schedule ANYTHING until I'm first reassured what it is by just simply standing in front of the engine and listening to it, and try to determine where the sound is coming from within the engine block. I have purchased 3 brand new trucks from this dealership. A 2013, 2015 and 2017 all big horn 1500’s. My last truck (2017) for whatever reason Ram didn’t have the 100k power train warranty and with all the trouble I had with my 2015 they sold my a 100k warranty for an additional 4K. And of course I went to use it because the throttle body failed at 97k miles and they failed to tell my it was only good for 5 years. I won’t buy another truck from this dealership. I was loyal buyer but buyer beware, they didn’t honer the 4K I spent to extend to the 100k, they never mentioned 5 years when I bought it…
