I bought a 2019 Chevy 2500 diesel truck. The salesman was very nice. When I test drove the truck the coolant light came on when I went to start it. I was told they would get that fixed. I went back to pick up the truck after I bought it. The coolant light was still on, so I had to take a Friday off to go back and have it fixed. It took almost 8 hours. Then on February 27 I took my truck in for the very first oil change. It was supposed to be free. I also had the Fuel filter changed and I had bought the cabin filter in the air filter myself and took them with me and asked them to stick them in. This is where it gets interesting an oil filter for my truck cost $6.50. The fuel filter cost $38. The air filters cost me 24 bucks all of these parts are OME parts. This dealership charged me $180 f

I bought a used RAM 2500 here back in early December and my overall experience was frustrating. For starters, their “lowest and best price” claim and being a no haggle dealership for used vehicles is not true. Just like any dealer, they will negotiate and WILL drop the price by thousands when their trucks aren’t selling. You can validate this yourself on their website and see they 100% reduce prices, contrary to what a sales rep may tell you. So if you’re patient, they will absolutely reduce the price. Also, the truck I purchased only came with one key fob and this is the third vehicle I know people bought from this dealer with only one key, forcing you to purchase a second key fob, pay for key cutting and programming if you want a back up key at the tune of approximately $275. These guys are GOOD!! I purchased a Ford pickup at Dennis Dillon Ford back in 2000. After 210,000 miles, it was time for an upgrade. I returned to Mountain Home to find that the dealership had changed to Mountain Home Auto Ranch. Being one of those people who really hate the automobile buying process, I came in defensive and resigned to the typical hours-long, stressful back and forth. But it didn’t happen like that! A. Jay Kelley was attentive, helpful, and accommodating. I told him what I needed, how much I could spend, and he just made it happen. Took two hours total, and most of that was a test drive and a trip to McDonald’s to eat while they did the paperwork. If I live long enough to need a new pickup, I won’t even look anywhere else. Great experience!

I had a great experience at Mountain Home Auto Ranch. The staff was professional, helpful, and easy to work with throughout the entire process. A special shout-out to Benny in sales, who was knowledgeable, patient, and made everything feel straightforward with no unnecessary pressure. Everything was clearly explained, the transaction went smoothly, and I’m very happy with my Ford Expedition Max King Ranch. I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a hassle-free car-buying experience.

Brought my vehicle in for a possible transmission issue. Exactly one year ago I was forced to have MHAR completely replace the transmission when it completely went out with zero warning a few miles away. With the two year unlimited warranty of course brought back despite living over hour away. While I greatly appreciate the loaner vehicle, being charged $184 for just bringing my car in is offensive! No work done, no disclosure when I called in, nothing! Not until *they had my car* was I told $184 due! SHADY! As a customer with an unlimited warranty on work they did, this is not how you win repeat business! The problem turned out not the transmission. No problem.
