Just wanted to share what I can only describe a wonderful and delightful experience purchasing a used '18 Outback. 1st dealt with Zach in internet sales on the phone and then was handed off to Shane Obrien who handled the deal from start to finish! The process couldn't have been more "low" pressure if they tried. Shane took us for our test drive and then handled the negotiations with Paul from finance.
