Rick did an awesome job on my truck. The transmission overheated and he helped me get it fixed pretty quickly. It also didn’t cost nearly as much as I expected, which was a huge plus. Really solid work

The worst experience i had with a mechanic shop, nothing but lies. First they told me they had order the transmission for my van and that it will take 2 to 3 weeks for them to get it delivered. I called after the 3 weeks and he tells me that he was injured and I said it's fine things happened if it takes a little longer it's no big deal, but after him having my van for almost 3 months and never took his time to give me an update. Decided to call and he says that they will work on it that week. I call him the following week to find out he had never ordered the transmission for my van and for him to tell me that he test drove my van for the past 3 days and there was nothing wrong with it that it was good to go. Rick is awesome! Nothing but amazing professional work done to my vehicle. Just like one of the other reviews mentioned, there so many things I could say about the service and repairs in received i could write pages and pages about it. If you need a transmission repaired, mountain transmission is the only place you need to go.

There are so many great things I could say about Rick at Mountain Transmission, but his customer service stands out the most. Rick always called me with updates before I even had a chance to reach out. He took the time to walk me through the issues with my transmission and explained the benefits of upgrading beyond the OEM. I highly recommend his services. He’s a phenomenal person who delivers outstanding work.

Really high priced very rude with no lack of compassion for the community. I'd say take your work to any other shop that gives you more then 2 minutes to explain your issues before they out you.
