Mountain View Car Wash

Great do it yourself facility. I will not go to any other area carwash at night anymore since they have lights out or off and the feeling of having to look over your back while cleaning your car. Not here! Very well lit at night and very clean and well kept. I stopped here coming home from camping . Vacuums worked great. I didn't kick that nasty smell back out at you. My only complaint is that the triple foam gun wouldn't work in the bay I was in but wasn't an issue for me. It's definitely worth passing 2 others to come over here.

I was looking for a self service type of car wash but only found drive thru until i vame out here where I had a good time washing my car including using the foam brush on my rims for under three dollars. There are also laundry-washing facilities in the same parking lot. I had good conversation with the staff there. I will go here to wash again when in this area.

Put $10 in the self wash bay only to be told almost immediately by the attendant that I couldn’t wash my truck there because I had “mulch” in the bed and I was going to “clog the drain”…literally a handful of leaf pieces were there, not mulch or anything excessive (see picture) I’m sure a strong wind would place more leafs down their drain than me washing my truck but I guess that’s their policy and they’re happy and satisfied the only thing that went down the drain was the $10 I spent at this place. Definitely not coming back.

Was having a hard time finding a drive-through car wash and when I first got this one I thought it was only self-service, but I was happy to see that they also have a drive-through car wash with attendance that start the process at the beginning and dry your car out for you at the end. The two gentlemen were very thorough. Did a very good job and I will be going back to this one.

The car wash is a decent car wash However the owner or mg or whoever the old man is was watching my every move and then when I went to finish up my car he came over to complain that I was taking to long and and holding up the “bays” even tho no one is there. Then had the nerve to tell me I’m inconsiderate. But it wasn’t just me he hounded. He got mad at someone washing literally washing their car and some water accidentally hit the machine. The proceeds to a couple who came in separately and told her she was taking to long with the vacuum and the guy he was holding up the car wash since he parked in the bay in the shade where they had a puppy. I love self service car washes but if I’m gonna be stalked, criticize and yelled at. We will never be coming here again.
