I have been looking for a new 3.0L diesel truck for several months. I recently purchased one from Mountain West Auto Group in Logan, UT and had an excellent experience working with Trey. Trey is a young and motivated salesman who values customer service above all else. I live 10hrs away from where the truck and dealership were located and that did not inhibit my experience at all. I called to inquire about the vehicle and within 5min had a video sent to me from Trey introducing himself. I had such a luxurious experience purchasing my Raptor Bronco through Mountain West Motor. It was definitely not a typical dealership experience… I was genuinely welcomed and all involved showed a true interest in me and knowing my needs. From the manager, to the financing process to the extra attention in making sure my vehicle was in mint condition and that I knew all the details of my vehicle prior to leaving, it was an absolute pleasure. I completely felt that I was being looked out for and that they would follow through even after the purchase with the excellent customer service. They even left quality, well thought out goodies in my vehicle for me and texted me multiple times after the transaction to check in on me and see if I had any questions or needs.
