Pioneer Valley Lodge Gracious Retirement Living

Dad recently passed away and we were looking for a place for Mom. Dalton was immediately responsive when we contacted Pioneer Valley. He has worked around our schedule. With all of our changing needs, they were able to help us out with kindness and compassion! Dalton and his staff explained things very well and made the paper work process super easy and understandable. They have been very welcoming to Mom! We are excited to move her in, in the next day or two. We look forward to visiting her and having meals with her there.

We moved my Mother into Pioneer Valley, we could not be happier! My Mom is being treated so good, and the meals are excellent. She has her choice of endless activities and she has already made lots of friends. I would recommend Pioneer Valley!

The folks, particularly Mr. Richens at Pioneer Valley Lodge are wonderful people to work with. We inquired about residency there and they were so helpful, patient and informative. It is a beautiful , bright, and pleasant place. We love the facility.

Had the privilege of joining my grandmothers and my parents for a wonderful Christmas dinner, the food was delicious. The workers were very kind and accommodating. It was a wonderful dinner! I can’t recommend them enough.
