They dont warranty their work and they like to rip Women specially single women they think are Auto Stupid. Had my Clutch replaced and took in the part. They put it in but does not show they repaired replaced or anything concerning the clutch only the flanges and the atf for a total of 1200+ when original quote was 1100.00 then they charged me 150+ dollars for a 15 minute job of they said took them two hours to diagnose my car. two weeks after I brought it home the new clutch is out and they will not repair it they are trying to put it off on the warranty for the part. I had to take it some where else to get other work done on it. Because they wanted to over charge me on those parts too. As a female it's hard to know if someone is taking advantage of you when servicing your vehicle...THIS SHOP I TRUST ENTIRELY. If you broke down near I80 they're just up the hill take a right on 3rd street then left on Spruce Street. My battery light came on, I was alone and on my way to Oregon; I knew it was my alternator. After spending the night in my car, I contacted many repair shops (One sop told me couldn't guarantee their labor...What!!) and settled on Mntn West Motors. They had a Cancellation that morning (blessed) and the rebuilt part I purchased was installed within a few hours. They allowed me to use the bookkeepers car to go get breakfast (thankful). I had to return to this shop multiple times for the same repair, only to later find out at a different shop that the problem was nothing more than a clogged filter. I feel like I wasted both time and money here. Very disappointed.

Had unfortunate car troubles on the way to California and pulled into Mountain West and struck gold! They were incredibly helpful and super friendly. They fit us in quickly and got repairs completed fast. Would highly recommend!

Man It was despite times my diesel truck wouldn't start my trailer was in a RV park in rawlins I called mountain west The boss man said they were diesel specialists they bent over backwards to help us just ordering parts can take 3 to 5 days and this job was a huge pain it was one thing after another and very hard to diagnose I was a mechanic for many years these guys know there stuff my son brought our car 300mi. So we had a way home but we would have to leave the trailer In the RV park @ $80.00 a day Well I called mountain west to see if they had a way to tow my trailer and maybe a place to store it he said they did What a great guy so now not pressed for time They had time to take care of other emergency brake downs They got buried but had time too get all the parts and replacements
