Victoria in parts was great to work with! Sent me everything I needed. Dan the owner does not treat customers with any level or respect. Extremely rude and likes to yell at customers. I would not recommend them to anyone. Defiantly don't give them a card over the phone. Dan kept my card info on file without any consent and then ran my card twice without ever having approval to run the card. He quoted me one price and then billed me another and ran it before I even had a chance to ask any questions. When I called him he yelled at me and then he tried to insult me into just paying the overcharged price. They don't have any field techs in house. The guy they contract out was great to work with but Dan doesn't tell you before hand that he is coming from farther away than the actual store

There service is excellent, and they fixed my vac trailer in a very timely manner only thing I had to wait for parts!

Very bad customer service owner didn't want to sell me an extra part i was needing because i found the rest cheaper around town, great way to do business sir , 0 stars if i could.
