Mountville Motor Sales

I am leasing a car from them right now. It’s been about a year. This is definitely a great place to finance if you low income, they will for sure work with you. I’ve been laid off from mutiple jobs this year and they worked with me every time. I am so grateful for them. The only thing I would suggest is if you are looking for a car don’t just go one day a get any car. Take a couple days check out the lot and pick the one you fall in love with. I had gotten my car right after my other car went to shambles, so i wasn’t to picky. However now being a year in, i wish i had taken the time to look more.

Jordan scheduled & assisted us super quickly! By far the best experience we have had buying any vehicle. We found & picked a car that we loved in one day! Its is refreshing to work with compassionate and customer centered sales folks. I would highly recommend Jordan at Mountville Motor sales! ***UPDATE; by far the WORST service department to ever deal with. They don’t answer the phone and local auto shops in the area I’ve called for second opinions literally REFUSE to even do any sort of business with Mountville Motor Sales. I SO wish I knew what I know now 10 months ago and I sure would’ve left this ford and all its problem right in Jordan’s office. Honestly jordan hands down is the best, he does whatever he possibly can to get you in a vehicle and goes above and beyond to make sure its perfect for you. Greatest car place to Honestly go too.

This is one of them times when a man needs to own his faults. I bought from mountville motors over a year ago. At the beginning they worked with me. The sales guy i worked with Jordan was great. The owner Chris made the approval go through with what I could afford. After a short time the car had an issue. I contacted the dealership and blew up, I went about things entirely the wrong way. But Chris still fixed an issue. I recently wrecked that same car and Chris again is standing tall. So at the end of the day, the team at mountville motors did me right when they could have told me get lost. And I would buy from them again.

Just bought a 2008 mercury mountaineer premier fully loaded. All i can say is the buying experience has been nothing short of amazing... Thank you Alyssa... Also their parts/service department is out standing...Thank you Ashely... Had a problem and called them up. BOOM! My vehicle was fixed and back to me in a days time. Very reputable and reliable place to buy your next vehicle.
