After researching different auto mechanics in Santa Fe, I decided to go with Santa Fe Auto Repair. I'm so glad that I did. Rudy is very trustworthy. He genuinely cares for his customers and wants the best for them. He drove me back to work and made sure that I had a way back to the shop after work. When I went in, all I asked for was an oil change. When I got the car back, the oil had been changed and the car had been cleaned! Rudy also explained to me that he saw an oil leak. He was very reassuring (that my car wouldn't blow up), but he also urged me to get it looked at. As I said above, Rudy is extremely trust worthy. My experience with Santa Fe Auto Repair was fantastic--or at least as fantastic as an experience involving a broken-down car can be. The pricing is very fair and reasonable, and they're very transparent about costs. My car was pretty damaged and the work they did on it was amazing--it came back to me in much better condition than I expected it to. I was in the process of moving and really needed my car back ASAP, and they went above and beyond to make that happen while still doing an excellent job. They're also just really friendly and genuine people. I will be recommending them to everyone I know.

Eric is a great, honest, hard working and knowledgable mechanic running a lean business. He has worked on my car a few times now and deserves credit for his great work. He has also helped me correctly diagnose problems over the phone for free, saving me lots of time and money. If he is too busy or doesn't have the means to do a job your car needs he will tell you - again saving you time and money. Highly recommend!

Found Mozart's Garage due to a strut going out up front on the right side. Bought the used car (first time buyer with brand) a few months back from dealership and the strut started knocking 4 days after purchase. Even though I purchased aftermarket warranty with un-named company, they would not honor replacement nor offer any assistance to help with repair (after changing their tune 3 time over several months). I know they are not obligated to but common courtesy goes a long way with brand loyalty and long term customers. Their lack of professionalism and greediness led me to Eric and Mozart's Garage for service. The whole process was so easy, informative and up front. Recently, I had a sudden repair that needed to be completed in a relatively short period of time. Despite his busy schedule, Eric made the time to work with me and complete the repairs in a timely manner.
