Mr. Auto Insurance

So its not Mr Auto anymore. I am not as pleased with the customer service as everyone from mr auto once were. For one the woman taking care of signing me up for my policy, while i sat at her desk, took a call and handle business or personal or maybe even giving my info away, I dont know because it was all in Spanish. Meanwhile ine the other office, open door space I could hear the entire conversation between the rep and and the customer over the phone as she had him on speaker. I heard his full name, his entire card number, expiration date, and sec code for his card. I was appaled for this man and knew they would do the same to me. After the agent working with me got off the phine and returned to my account I find that they want a $280 deposit for a 25 year old car, she said it was the b

Great insurance, greater service. I was a customer for years, then got talked into going elsewhere for a discount with my employer. It was a nightmare. Big name company with no personal care or professional working relationship, constantly climbing prices, just horrible. Came back to these guys and it was the best choice I've ever made. I'll be with them until they close. Cannot say enough about how wonderful they are, and the prices are so cheap it's unreal.
