I was a little hesitant to come here at first because of some of the reviews, but I needed my brakes fixed and decided to give them a chance anyway. When I went in, the guy at the front desk (I can’t remember his name) was very professional and laid back. He was a really cool guy and took the time to explain my options. What I appreciated the most was that they didn’t try to force me to get work done that I didn’t feel ready to do right away. He was honest with me. He did mention that I would eventually need my brakes, rotors, and something else done because of wear, but he didn’t pressure me or make me feel uncomfortable when I decided to only take care of part of it for now. They completed my brakes in a very timely manner ,actually quicker than I expected. The pricing was fair, and th

M1 is an awesome, honest place to have your vehicle worked on. They are very thorough and check every detail needed. Salah and Mike are incredibly knowledgeable and beyond kind. I would definitely give a 12 out of 10 in every area. My daughter and I are extremely satisfied with our experience here.

New mechanics. Better quality work and more accurate diagnostic. New staff takes pride in their work and strives for excellence. No over selling just a complete informative inspection.

Came down to see a concert on my birthday but my boyfriends brake pads and rotors were grinding. We stopped at Mr.Brakes to see what he could do- he got us in immediately and made sure it would be done in time for the concert. We had planned to run some errands when we had to take our car in, but the owner made sure we still could! He offered to take us wherever we needed to go and ended up letting us borrow a car in the meantime. Thanks to the kind owner, I was still able to make it to visit my brother’s grave and make it to the concert. He knew exactly what he was talking about and was very knowledgeable. Great people, can’t recommend enough.

Drove with mechanic who smelled of alcohol. They lost my keys and found them in the shop area. Second car we have has been in twice for a muffler issue and yet again the muffler is back with the sound. Loved them at first, new mechanics are not running this family owned business good like the old days. The two news ones there are not okay to be there.
