Mr. Clean Car Wash

I’ve been going here for years. I take all of our cars here often. Clean environment and friendly employees. Today, after my car wash and as I was cleaning out the car a bird did their business on the freshly washed car. I approached Zach about just washing the back of the car off to get the bird droppings off. He took it a step further and allowed me to bring the car back through for another wash. He went above and beyond and I appreciate that. Keep up the great work!

When entering space is a bit tight. Easy to use touch screen and payment by way of card. Depending on what car wash you get the price will vary such as under carriage cleaning, tire shine etc... They have 2 sides 1 for service members which are monthly subscriptions or auto pay and for non members which is pay every time. Members can get there car washed are unlimited every month. After payment the lift gate goes up and you proceed into a sharp tight turn. Larger trucks can and do fit as I saw first hand but with little room to spare. Trucks with lift gates and larger tires than standard were able to turn but 1 did have to back up a bit straighten out to complete turn. I recently visited a few weeks ago with a friend and was pleased with the results of the wash I received. I was assisted by Zack Hill and was impressed with the level of professionalism shown. I decided to return the following week not only did I receive the same great service but he made sure to acknowledge my veteran tags and thank me for my service. The respect I’ve been show at this location has definitely locked in a new customer!

We went through the car wash today. My car is black with sparkle. When we got in the sun all down the passenger side are scratches. So many that would only be something that completely covered the car. The manager stated that it couldn’t be from here because of the “direction” of the brushes compared to the scratches. he argued and refuses to take responsibility. To “resolve” the issue he says he will make an incident report but the GM will say the same thing and that it absolutely didn’t come from this place. This is clearly due to not changing the brushes. Do better.

I wanted to express my appreciation for the outstanding service at your establishment. Without a doubt, this is the most people-friendly Carwash in town. Zack is always ready to lend a helping hand, and the team consistently works hard to keep the place looking great. I am happy to have been a member since you opened.
