Craig saved my car and my sanity! I'd been dealing with a strange issue on my 2013 Ford Focus ST for at least a year; it was a slow burn: sometimes the car wouldn't start, telling me that the key fob wasn't in the car, even with constant button cell battery replacements and even changing key fobs entirely. Then it progressed past that, not even giving me a key fob error, just simply not starting. It would take 2 to 10 to 30 minutes to finally get it to start, progressively worse over time and entirely unpredictable. Sometimes it would go a week to several weeks with no issue. Changed to a brand new car battery, yet two weeks later, the same issue. I went to 3 other mechanics, with no solution, before being referred to Mr. Diagnostic. Craig has the experience, talent and equipment to diagnose and fix electronic issues other mechanics have trouble with. He's the go-to guy. I had a TCM issue on my 2015 Malibu which turned out to be a power steering control module issue - no one else was able to determine that. Once the rack & pinion assy was replaced, Craig was able to program it as well. Morgan who does customer service is knowledgeable and friendly.
