Mr Hoffs Auto Detailing

I've been a customer for 35 years and needed my car detailed before a trip to FL. I always make the appointment the last week in January and made this appointment about a month ago. Richmond had a snow/sleet storm forecast the weekend before, so I called Mr. Hoff to see if we could change my appointment from Monday to Tuesday just in case. He agreed and said that I was his only customer still on the schedule for the week due to the coming storm. After the storm hit Saturday into Monday, he suggested that we move my appointment to Wednesday as his lot had not yet been plowed. Agreed. As Wednesday approached and the lot was not yet plowed, we moved the appointment to Thursday.
