Mr. Magic Car Wash

This touchless wash did a great job. I like that it's not the conveyor belt style. I would have given 5 stars, but the wait was almost an hour because one whole lane was closed.

I’ve never went to a Mr. magic car wash and the one here in Morgantown was an awesome experience. The attendant was respectful, courteous, and friendly. He explained all of the different types of washes and what they do. I think this is the first car wash I’ve ever came to where I got out afterwards and my car was actually clean. I didn’t feel like I got ripped off by paying $10+ and there’s still bugs, dirt, etc all over my car. That is not the experience that I had here and I am highly impressed with this business. If I had a nice brand new car and not a POS on wheels , I would definitely recommend joining the wash club. It’s $30 every 3 months So basically it’s $10 a month and you get unlimited washes. I am extremely disappointed with Mr. Magic Car Wash and their customer service. I signed up for a $30 for 3-month promotional deal and was never clearly informed that the regular price afterward would be $50 per month. This is now the second time I’ve been charged $50 for a subscription I did not knowingly agree to continue. What makes this worse is the lack of customer support. It took almost a week just to receive a call back. When I finally spoke to someone, I was told I could not receive a refund due to a 5-day refund policy, which makes no sense in my case. My membership start date shows as the 26th, yet the charge was taken out on the 22nd. I called the same day the charge occurred to cancel and request a refund, but my request was still denied. zero stars DO NOT RECOMMEND! back in January of this year i moved to Morgantown. I just left the supermarket and decided I was going to get my car wash. So I googled one in my area. Mr. magic pops up. During my wash an indicator comes on my dash to check my license plate light so at the end of the wash my husband and I got out and checked. During our check we noticed the trunk wouldn't open. like stated previously we just left the market placing our grocery's in the trunk now the trunk isn't working. It was late so we just went home not thinking anything of if. I notified the company and made an incident report and because I didn't report it right way they will not be fixing the damages Mr. magic Power wash caused to my trunk latch. Was just looking for a spray carwash and Google brought up Mr.Magic, all I had to do was enter my phone number and Mr.Mafic Car Wash sent me a message 30 seconds later with a QR code for a free wash, valued at 25$!!!! The attendant at the car wash helped me scan the code and I got the full treatment for absolutely nothing!!! All the ugly salt/ice and dirt were gone and my SUV looked fabulous!!! Thanks Mr.Magic!!
