Ted conducted a pre-sale inspection of a used vehicle I was interested in purchasing from out of state. I had to extend trust to him as my eyes and ears of this purchase since I wasn't able to fly in personally to inspect the vehicle. Ted provided me with no nonsense perspective about the vehicle that reinforced my decision to buy it and have it shipped to me in another state. Ted was absolutely correct in his assessment and I'm thoroughly enjoying the vehicle I bought. I highly recommend you hire him to do a pre-sale inspection for any used vehicles you are interested in potentially purchasing!

We contacted Ted and Shannon for a car battery replacement and to have the hood looked at and repaired. Ted came in a decent time. However, Ted was unable to complete any of the work discussed and ended up leaving due to "not feeling well". They charged us $400. The battery was left for us and we told them we would pay them for the battery but that was it since no work was completed. They denied our request of reimbursement of half of the money. Really unfortunate since it appears they have a good reviews. Unfortunately just a big scam and I wouldn't use their services.

Ted and his wife were great. Had him out for a brake job on all 4 sides. He arrived within about a hour of contacting him on a Saturday evening. And his prices were better than a shop. Ted himself is very personable. You get the sense he genuinely cares about his work and his customers. He was upfront about his cost and stuck to it. No funny business, no tricks, just straight forward pricing. He explained what he was going to do and took the time to assess any other potential issues. As for the work, he did a thorough job. It was not just “slap new parts on” work. Instead, he took the time to buff things out, apply proper grease, and do the little things that are easy to cut corners on. Highly recommend Ted and his wife. I’ll gladly use them again for future auto repairs.

I absolutely love Ted & Shannon ,Love the unity . Friendly people. Ted knows his business and I love the knowledge and how he didn’t mind on educating while showing me what he did as well. That’s a plus and very grateful he diagnosed what was wrong and did just that. I have a 2013 Hyundai Sonata GLS and they bled my brakes when I thought it was a caliper replacement! If I could give a thousand stars ⭐️ I would :)

Ted and Shannon were amazing. Our car wouldn't start in a parking garage with our 3 kiddos and needing to get home. They were able to come out within an hour and get us back up and running! Great service, easy to work with and reasonably priced. Would recommend them to anyone needing a mobile mechanic.
