They were polite, professional, respectful and went above and beyond to pick up, repair and deliver my nieces truck all at a very reasonable price. I was moving across the country, Albany to Aspen. 98% of the way to my destination, a coolant hose broke. Truck overheated I was a wreck. Called, an hour later I was running perfectly and on my way. He rescued me on the side of the road rt76, these guys are the best

I am so thankful to have found Nelson and his shop. My car overheated and I had to pull of onto a county road near Wiggins. I was an hour away from home so I wasn't sure who to call. I am so glad I called MRNG from a random Google search. My car needed a pretty significant repair but he got it done very quickly, with professionalism and friendliness. I moved states to colorado, my truck stopped working and a close friend of mine recommended me nelson.i've had the best experience with him , he's been very kind and helpful since day 1. He came driving more than 1 hour to come check my truck, and then he took it with him, during the process he would communicate with me and show me videos of the whole process.i would truly recommend him because he's professional, reliable and has a great costumer service. I don’t think there are enough words to express my gratitude for Nelson & MRNG Auto Repair. I’m at the end of a 3 Month Road trip — yesterday an hour into my drive from Denver to Omaha, my check engine light came on, and my car started decelerating. I was in the middle of nowhere & needed to get to the closest car shop. I took a leap of faith & drove to MRNG — always nerve wracking to go to an auto shop outside of your trusted hometown mechanic. You have no idea what quality you’re going to get. I can confidently say I completely lucked out with Nelson. He sourced 2 parts for me, SAME DAY, on a 2011 Mercury Mariner.
