I was stranded on the side of I70 for two hours on a late Sunday night. The first towing company I contacted informed me that it be 3.5 hours before I could get any help. Chris from Wiggins Junction showed up in a mountain rainstorm within 20 minutes and had me and the vehicle loaded up. I was on the road home 5 minutes later. No BS, no complications, no problems.

Unbelievable Customer Service from Start to Finish! They went above and beyond every step of the way. The company called the day before to confirm the date and time, and followed up the next morning to let me know the driver would be about 15 minutes late—which I appreciated. Chris, the tow driver, also called when he was on his way and again upon arrival. He took photos of my van before loading it onto the flatbed, and he was friendly, professional, and efficient throughout the entire process. I even received a text confirming that the van had been delivered.
