Mr. Sharky's Car Wash - Cedar Park

Extremely disappointed. I took my car to Mr. Sharky’s Car Wash – Cedar Park and immediately after the wash the black window trims on my Tesla turned bright blue and blotchy. They were perfectly black beforehand; this looks like chemical damage to the anodized/painted trim. I returned to the site but received no practical. Please contact me within 3 business days to resolve this and cover restoration costs.

2/5 stars, but gained an extra star for being the only open and semi-operating touchless drive thru car wash in 25 miles. The washer mechanism continues to soap and water while the blowers are drying, so it sprays soapy water all over your just cleaned car. Soap and water cleaning is great. Spotless rinse seems like it's out, because even my ceramic coated vehicle wasn't beading up. I think I'll run the basic option next time. Don't bother with the more expensive options.

This review is for the touchless car wash. The soap they use unfortunately left my car’s plastic trim with a rainbow-like discoloration that wouldnt come off with water. I had to spend the day figuring out how to undo the damage. Productive use of my time. My fault for not reading the negative reviews here, but the best I can do is warn others.

The staff was amazing gave me a free deluxe car wash for trying the wash out after they fixed it and when I was cleaning out car vacuuming pump was acting up they put money in new one with no issues and let me start over

The self service machine didn't recognize one of my 5 dollar bills so I wound up paying $14 for a $9 wash when i was tryingto buy the $13 wash initially...I didn't see anything in the way of soap that came out and it didn't dry my vehicle at all.
