Mr. Sharky's Car Wash - Oak HIll

Equipment was broken, customer service says quote “ we don’t give refunds”. Avoid avoid avoid. Full story: - I wash my bike and go to dry it with the air dryer, the air dryer is not putting out any air pressure — it’s not working - I roll my bike into a different bay and try the air dryer over there , it’s also not working. - I call customer service to let them know, and she tells me I could come back in two hours and they’ll give me a couple free swipes. I’m thinking Fair, but washing my bike isn’t an all day affair. And I just washed it, so I need to dry it — like now, not in two hours. - I asked for a refund for only the second charge. The automatic car wash is awful, didn’t even rinse off all the soap let alone actually clean my truck… Now they did make it right and allow me to clean my truck in the bay for free, but the whole point of going to the automatic car wash is to not have to wash your vehicle by hand

The good: This is a decent self service car wash. All of the amenities work. It has all of the settings for the sprayers, and foam brush. The bays also have turbo dryers, which is really cool. I prefer to use a spot free rinse and air dry. The bad: The foam brushes were really worn out, and the vacuums were not powerful in anyway. Also, the credit card reader would not work and it seemed like I couldn’t get the quarters in fast enough to wash my truck. Pretty pricey.

The blow dryer was not bowing very hard.... my girlfriends blow dryer blows harder... also the foaming conditioner was. It working for me as well... it didn't foam and it was stuttering the entire time kinda like a soda machine that's run out of syrup...

Terrible water pressure, high prices. Horrible area. Construction all over the place rocks and so on. Used to be a good car wash.
