Mr. Tire Auto Repair

State Farm used this company to tow my vehicle to the service shop. The driver arrived INCREDIBLY fast, 45 mins ahead of schedule. He was very kind, polite, and professional.

Would say very cheap and good tow service but when I got my truck today my sunroof was gone and my mechanic i dropped it off to said he didn't know I had one and said he never touched it. Please reach back out I called was expecting. Call today from the boss never got one. Thank you for the tow but now im dealing with rain and snow getting my interior wet...

Had a nail in my right rear passenger side and it was almost closing time and they got me in and plug up the nail hole within 20mins. They were very fast and cheaper than most places and they also didn't try to make me purchase new tire by telling me some BS and say they can't plug the nail hole. Very happy with the result

STAY AWAY! Place ripped me off 2 ways from Sunday. Vehicle had an issue with fuel system awhile back and I had them put a new pump in . Not a year later started to have exact same issues. Car would just not start anymore and would have to be towed. Well I took it to them first time and they acted like it was everything but the work they did ( Trying to avoid warranty and replace pump for free) told me it was the wiring. Replaced not a day later breaks down again and I have to tow it. Again they tell me oh it’s the Maf it magically got a flower stuck in it after it magically phased threw my new air filter. I broke down on the highway. They did this repair without asking then tried to feed me that bullcrap story of a flower. Did it fix the truck? Course not. Day later broke down again. So af

I think his name was alonzo he said but has excellent customer service and he took care of my car. Well would definitely recommend. And he’s a jokester, which is always a plus.
