Mr. Tire Auto Service Centers

Tires were reasonably priced. Kay took care of finding the right tires for me and gave me a quote for the 2 that I needed. Explained the early drop off service and was accurate as to when the tires would arrive. I also requested an alignment check. I dropped off the car and placed keys in the box. I called mid morning to check on the status. Told they would get to it by early afternoon. Didn’t get a call. Timely notification of delay would suit me better, but I get it… sometimes life gets busy with customers, non-cooperative repairs and unavailability of parts. Overall, I’m satisfied.

Kaye was fantastic. We had a flat late evening 3+ hours from our NJ home, we had our Tesla towed to the shop, and they took care of us first thing in the morning. Kaye was extremely courteous, very helpful

I needed my tires I purchased from another retailer installed on my vehicle before a winter storm was supposed to hit the next day. I couldn’t get there till 6:10, which made it kind of impossible for them to get all four tires done before their closing time of 7 PM. The manager and the Tech both stayed late so they could get me all fixed up. These guys were awesome and were not upset about staying a little late to help a customer out. I’ll definitely be coming here to purchase my next set of tires because of the awesome customer service I received. Thanks Guys !!

Kay, Jerry and the team provide excellent service. They answered all our questions and recommended needed repairs during a routine oil change. Even without an appointment they fixed our car and made it good as new the same afternoon. Thanks, we’ll be back again!

Personnel were courteous. They kept me informed of costs and progress. I didn’t feel pressured to buy anything extra. My brakes are riding nice in the days since my appointment. They take appointments, which is a huge plus!!! They were on schedule, too. Definitely recommend.
