Mr. Tire Auto Service Centers

Gotta a flat tire made it to Walmart just to be turned away said they had no appointments! Called Mr .tire got me right in the young man was very nice said let’s see if you may be able to fix it with out spending extra money! Unfortunately it was unfix able, I was due for new ones and because he was kind I had all 4 new tires done . I was very pleased the Manager Jason Moulic runs a fantastic shop! Will come back in April!

Extremely frustrating experience. Had an appointment for 9:30, got there about 5 minutes early and my car did not go in until 9:50. Told them my concerns (screw in tire, tire rotation, and oil change). Of course tire could not be repaired so I had to buy a new tire per the sales rep. Told him that I needed the tires inflated properly as well as they were low. He assured me that is part of the service. After 90 minutes waiting, I checked out and left only to find out that they did not inflate all the tires.

I was obviously charged too much for this tire didn’t even include mounting. . It was just a tire . It was the first of the year. I was in a bind so I paid whatever it was asked of me not very happy. I did purchase a set of four tires from your establishment less than a year ago. There should’ve been some sort of consideration, but it wasn’t not very happy. Customer Service was fine. The price was just ridiculous.

Staff is very knowledgeable, friendly, and eager to help. The best tire shop in South Jersey
