Mr. Tire Auto Service Centers

I have been going to Mr Tire since 2021, I had them install a lift kit and they recommended bigger tires, which I did. I have had to replace 2 tires due to cupping about every 6-8 months. This was expensive but, they told me there was nothing they could do about it. They said they did alignments and balancing. Fast forward to this last time, I went in an needed two new tires for the same issue. I came and picked it up and it felt strange, when I got home I saw they put the wrong tires on. I called the next morning and the manager told me my tires are discontinued. I went to another shop because there was something very wrong with the handling of the vehicle, I asked if they could look up and see if my tires were discontinued and surprise! No, they weren’t. Always very helpful and super friendly. I needed them to give my car a once over so i knew what I needed. It was done pretty quickly. Ive never had any issues here, everything always goes pretty smooth.

Not a problem went smooth the only thing was that tire rack bill doesn't include installment like it says on the site cost me a extra 86 dollars to have them put on outher then that went smooth

They did the job. I needed an inspection! I was referred to Mr. Tire & Dean by my sales guy at Simon's Rockwell, Jeff! The showroom was a bit messy, but the restroom 🚻 was clean and well taken care of, although there was no SOAP in the dispenser. No one is perfect, but they almost were.

The staff were incredibly helpful and kind. I rolled in on a bald flat after dropping the kiddos off at school and they immediately took my car in. They had my tires in stock, which is rare, and I bought four on the spot. Highly recommend 🛞
