I recently brought my 2016 Dodge Durango to Mr. Tire on Dorr Ave in Fairfax for a battery replacement and an oil change, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. The team was professional, friendly, and got everything done efficiently without any unnecessary upsells. Fair pricing, great customer service, and quality work. I had a concern with one of my tires, so after my work training ended, I called the Mr. Tire location in Merrifield to explain the situation and ask whether I should make an appointment or just walk in. The representative I spoke with was incredibly patient and helpful. She answered all my questions and let me know they had a 3:30 PM appointment available—which she kindly reserved for me (just an hour out). I arrived about 30 minutes early and let the front desk staff know there was no need to rush since I was ahead of schedule. Even so, I don’t think I was there for more than 45 minutes total! Michael is the manager here. I was honored to have him to receive me. He is very professional and enthusiastic. There is no pressure. He will not try to sell you more services that you don't need. You just need to tell him what you need and he will help you find the price and the right discount. I don't know if this is a direct store or a franchise store, but their boss is also very good at doing business. Because the ordered tires did not arrive, they arranged better tires for my car. They were responsible for the mistakes of the shipping company. This is amazing. What reason is there not to come here? Moreover, I have compared some nearby repair shops. I am always pleased with my experience at this Mr Tire location. The staff are friendly and helpful and I always feel confident in the quality of service and the value. They always communicate well and complete work on my vehicle in a timely manner too. I don’t know what I would do without this shop!

This was a pretty terrible experience. I called to make an appointment to get wheel alignment for my tesla model 3. Initially they booked me for 6 pm on tues which was fine. Note, they knew when I made the appointment that I had a tesla. Tues morning the call and say they need to move me up to 4 pm because they don't have anyone who can do the alignment there. I was kind of upset because why give me that time if you didn't have anyone at that time? I say OK and 4 pm it is. Later on Tuesday they call back and say their guy to do my alignment is gone for the day to other shops and they have to reschedule me to Wednesday at 4:30 pm. I'm upset because again, why would you give me that time if you can't deliver? They say it's hard because I have a tesla but they been known that from the start.
