Really appreciate the communication and work I received at Mr. Tire. I had an issue that needed to be resolved same day and the staff stayed late to make it happen. Nick was my only point of contact and he was a great communicator. Kept me updated and was honest throughout the entire process.

I cannot say enough good things about my experience today at the Mr. Tire on Buckeystown Pike in Frederick, MD. We had rented a vehicle from a local Enterprise to drive to New Hampshire for Christmas to see my elderly father, who is not in good health. Unbeknownst to us, the rental was given to us with the two front tires completely bald. Once we got on the highway, the car began vibrating severely and felt extremely unsafe. When we contacted Enterprise—who was close to closing—they offered no solution for the serious safety hazard they put us in. We went to two other tire shops in the area desperately looking for help, but neither had the tires available. I believe coming to this location you will get the truth of whatever your situation is but even better, options on how to fix it. Options on how to go about best process and price options within realistic terms. You may need to wait or do a drop off but it will get done and it is in good hands. The direct communication with Chris is top notch. Truly a man who cares for his customers and knows that life, is life.

I was stranded on Highway when returning home on a Sunday after Christmas and my back when have off. Luckily the next exit has this repair shop and the guy Brad helped me immediately. Bradley was very helpful and understood my situation and helped me by starting the repair immediately. Thanks to him i returned home safe and sound. Very polite, patient and courteous. Recommended place.

Thank you! I am out of town visiting for a funeral. The cold weather triggered my tires air pressure alarm. I just drove up and told them the problem. I was directed around the corner where a worker was waiting for me. Less then a couple of minutes and all tires showing good. No payment required.
