had such a great experience with Happy during my emissions and inspection. He was very soft-spoken, professional, and incredibly kind from start to finish. He noticed there was an issue with my air filter and fixed it right away, keeping me informed throughout the entire process. I really appreciated how he explained everything and made sure I understood what was going on. Happy was amazing, this is exactly what great customer service looks like. It truly goes a long way, and I’m so thankful for the care and professionalism he showed!

Stay away from this place. They scare you, and pressure you into buying unnecessary service. I went there to get my front tires replaced. They had buy 1 get 1 free deal for certain tires, so I thought about getting the rear ones as well, although I thought the rear ones still had enough tread to last a couple more years. I expected the guy to come out and check the rear tires and give his opinion or something, but at the mere mention of it, he just added the rear ones. I didn't like it, but thinking I was getting a good deal, I just let him change all tires. 30 minutes into waiting, then he came to me with his end-of-the-world face on, and brough his "expert" technician to tell me what's wrong with my car, especially my rear brakes. I had a great experience with this shop helping me in a pinch on a Sunday. My engine splash shield came loose on the highway and was hanging on by one screw. They removed the shield for me and Miguel didn’t charge me. They all couldn’t have been nicer or more accommodating. I greatly appreciated how quickly they were able to help and especially appreciate Miguel’s customer service and guidance on this matter.

I made an online appointment to have tires put on my daughter‘s car. While the car was in there, we found out that the front brakes need to be replaced. I was called immediately and sent photos of the brakes. The folks at Gainesville Mr. tire were very helpful in getting the brakes repaired and the car back on the road that day. While the car was in the shop. They did a full oil change service on the car as well. I was elated that they were able to take care of all this at one time in the same day. The folks that Gainesville Mr. tire were really professional, knowledgeable, and Kind! I definitely will be scheduling my other vehicles with this branch in Gainesville, Virginia

Our car was serviced at Mr. Tire in Gainesville, VA. We couldn't add gas to the car because of an emissions system issue. Gas would flow back out of the gas tank covering the ground when we tried filling it. After picking the car up from Mr. Tire, my wife tried to fill it up with gas. Gas exploded back onto my wife covering her in gasoline. When we called Mr. Tire to report this, the manager there said 'We don't put gas in cars to test them.' So, they delivered the car to us without confirming they had solved the problem. We had to leave the car there for another day, while we scrambled for transportation. When I asked the manager to adjust our bill to reflect the fact of list income and possible damage to our car and my wife, he said 'There's nothing I can do about it.' Needless to
