Mr. Tire Auto Service Centers

A telephone call on an 800 number took me to the nearest tire Mr tire auto and I was able to have new tires put on my car within about 2 hours on our Friday afternoon after 4:00 the place. The place was busy with customers and I was able to move up fast and get my service and pay a very reasonable price for a set of tires. The people there were very courteous and informative concerning my needs and help me get out the door as soon as possible. This is my first experience with Mr tire and I was an out of town customer in Harrisonburg Virginia. Would recommend them to others.

I had a screw in my tire and took it in and they repaired my tire in no time. When I went to pay they didn't charge me anything for it. The staff is super friendly, very knowledgeable and professional. I will definitely go back if and/or when I need any other work done or tires. I would definitely recommend this business!

I was recently on Vacation in Massanutten and woke up to a flat tire. I keep a plug kit and compressor in my truck. I was able to air the tire back up. With some soapy water, I searched for a nail or bolt on the tire but couldn’t find one. After a few minutes I discovered the valve stem was bad. I Googled for the closest tire place that was open on a Saturday morning, and this was the closest. When I arrived I explained what I had did and Jason said that he’d get me right in. They fixed me up quick with a new valve stem. When I went to pay, he wouldn’t take anything. He could have easily taken advantage of me knowing that I was from out of town and that there was no way I was going to do a roadside repair myself with the type and size tire I had. Jason, the manager, and his team are wonderful. He’s an honest, genuine person who explained what was going on with my car, and the options I had to get back to driving. The mechanic that looked at my car treated me with the same respect and communicated everything to me. They were very helpful with my engine problems and treated me great.

Store Manager Jason Hays goes out of his way to help his customers. He went to another store 25 minutes down the road to pick up a tire for us after he got out of work for the day just to help us out in a pinch. He is very patient and treats people like family. He deserves the best for his excellent service to his community at Mr. Tire.
