The guy to service desk was so helpful and talk to me about my car and what I needed. He also taught me into getting an oil change while I was there and I’m glad that I did thank you for the good service and repairing my tire also.
The staff at this store is awesome. They are my go-to for anything tire related. Teresa, Sam, David—-all are helpful and friendly. If you call and happen to get the awful call center, make sure to specifically request this store. I got transferred to two other stores without any input. Navigating the call center is not much good.
David Bustillo and Bobby did an excellent job! They were so kind and helpful when my grandfather was unsure of what type of tires was good! They were excellent!
They helped me greatly when I had an urgent tire issue while downtown Hickory!! They were so kind and efficient with their service!!! They were great with their customer service and didn’t lay a price on me at all!!! Highly recommend this location and will return in the future!! <3 David and Bobby were so helpful turning my Saturday around! I trust this location entirely 💐💐💐💐 10 stars
David and Bobby were awesome !!! Came in with a rusty nail I’m my tire and they patched it for free give them a raise!!! I will definitely be back
