As always, I had a great experience at Mr. Tire in Madison Heights. They completed my oil change and tire rotation in a very timely manner, and the staff is genuinely kind and professional from start to finish. It’s always refreshing to deal with a team that’s both efficient and friendly. The only small downside was that my vehicle wasn’t reset after the oil change, so I’m still getting the maintenance reminder. Not a huge deal — just something to double-check before leaving. I especially appreciated that they called me after I accidentally left my cup there. That kind of honesty and attention to customers really stands out. Overall, a positive experience and I’ll definitely return for future service.

If I had to describe the people I’ve interacted with here in one word, it would be genuine. Every visit, I’ve gotten a straightforward breakdown of what actually needs attention, what’s optional, and what can wait — which means a lot to me as a woman who knows nothing about cars and has been taken advantage of by other shops in town. Tyler, the manager who helped me, was especially honest and easy to work with. I really appreciate that I’ve never been pushed toward extra services, warranties, or payment plans. The service is always quick, too. I make appointments because I plan to wait, and they actually honor the time — no “We need 20 more minutes on the current vehicle” after I’ve already checked in. Overall, it’s this kind of honesty and efficiency that keeps me coming back.

Went in for a state inspection. Had a 1:00 p.m. appointment. Tyler greeted me promptly and the mechanic came right out to take my truck in. I was asked if I would be leaving, or waiting. I chose to wait and was told it would take about 45 minutes. Later in the appointment, I was informed that there was a small issue that needed to be corrected in order to pass the inspection, but that the work could be done that day and I was given a price up front. My only complaint with the whole experience was that the office area and waiting area were not kept very clean.

Awesome experience. Had a flat while traveling through on the way to go snowboarding at WG...Called up, explained the situation & was told to come on by they would take care of me. And did they. 45 minutes later we were back on the road headed to shred. Thank you so much for looking out! 🤙🤙
