Mr. Tire Auto Service Centers

I needed tires and a oil change. I've been putting it off for awhile. I checked with a another place first and was told I needed a appointment. I tried this place next. They were busy but told me to come back in an hour. When I returned they were as good as their word. I got my four tires. Service was professional. My experience here was positive.

It was a very bad experience! I'll just say that I just described in depth on a survey before this I don't feel like going through that anymore

On Dec. 23 late in the afternoon I had a flat tire, went to Mr. Tire. The employees were great, friendly, efficient, and service above and beyond when they realized the wheel had split, and I was from out of state. Mr. Tire employees found where I could purchase a new wheel, and patiently waited while we had to go about 25 miles to purchase the wheel. The car ran very smoothly on the long ride home, tires balanced perfectly.

Very helpful from making the appointment to doing the repairs. Everyone I spoke to was professional and polite. Repairs were done quickly and no problems since. Shop was clean and waiting area was nice.
