Mr. Tire Auto Service Centers

The service itself was fine, nothing extraordinary, but fine. The tech that assisted me was helpful, and did try to make up for the wait, but the wait was my issue. I made an appointment for a state safety and emissions inspection. Got there about an hour early, and was told it would be an 1-1 1/2 hour wait. Made the mistake of deciding to stay there. A little over 2 hours into waiting I was told that I needed new tires, and was told it would be another 25-30 minutes. It took another 2 hours to get my car back. They were busy, and the tech was helpful, but had I known a realistic estimate, I would not have stayed there and waited. And I understand it is a waiting area at an auto mechanic, but it was definitely not well kept up with.

Angel was amazing extremely helpful and got me in on the same day I called! She is such a professional and kind person to talk to.. she took time to explain to me different tires, makes and Miles all the details that I knew nothing about!! very extremely patient and made sure to tell me her best opinion which made a whole big difference for my selection ..... I am truly happy with everything about my appointment I want to also put a positive plug to Aiden who worked on my car ... From beginning to end it was more than I ever expected for a service appointment . He went above and beyond being so friendly and gave me suggestion that ultimately saved me a lot of money that day. Amazing place, don’t go on Fridays because everyone else goes on Fridays. Go during the week and leave the car til end of the work day OR come back when they call you for best results. Everyone is so nice there even my high standards was satisfied. I needed my safety and emissions inspection done and asked if they can change my license plate out. They did that as an add-on to my service. They deserve so much more and hope you give them an easy time when you go, since they’re doing their best.

Aiden at the counter was very nice. He went over all my options...they had my size tires in stock but they weren't the ones I wanted, so he ordered them. When I returned for the installation, it was great...only took about 45 minutes for two tires, no problems. Mr. Tire will be my "go to" place for tires!

The crew at Mr. Tire hooked me up! Super helpful when I needed my tires Installed that I bought on marketplace. They were initially informative about which replacement tpms sensors I needed to buy to be able to reprogram with their computers (One of mine went out). Then I came back and they did all they need for my car included mounting balancing and then getting me an alignment Shout out to Aiden for holding it down at Mr. Tire. I’d definitely come back if I needed other services.
