Chad is a sleazy sales man, if you don’t want the deal HE wants, he will get frustrated and take it out on you. Chad decided to voice his frustration when my girlfriend was approved but made a comment that the monthly payment was too high. He decided the best response was “we’re fortunate you even got approved”. I don’t know anyone in this economy who would decide to pay $600 a month, when their current payment is under 400 and their car runs fine. I would say just skip Volkswagen moon as a whole, not my first bad experience with their sales reps ( we visited her maybe 5 years ago). I recommend going to 3 Rivers Volkswagen myself

UPDATE: They had me come back and did in-fact give me dealership plates, so I wouldn't be without a vehicle. Just don't understand why they couldn't have done this on Saturday when I had my appointment. Would have been 5 stats if they gave me the plates same day, but since I had to take a day off work and go back, I changed rating to 4 stars, for effort and kindness. ORIGINAL POST: Been in communication for a couple of days, made an appointment, and went to check out a vehicle for sale on lot Saturday. Checked it over, did the test drive, they ran my credit, and when it came down to signing the deal... they told me there was a problem. They didn't have the title to the vehicle! The team at Volkswagen of Moon Township was top notch and I only have positive things to say about the team and the experience. I worked with Chad (manager of Internet sales), Cameron (our salesman), and Mike (manager of finance). The price was reasonable and fell right in the range of the Kelley Blue Book suggested values. So, I didn't have to spend any time haggling for a reasonable price. None of these three gentlemen were pushy. And they didn't pressure me or make me feel guilty for declining "extras" that they offer alongside the sales.
