I was fully expecting to get fleeced for new trailer tires after my boat trailer blew two tires going down the interstate. However, the folks at Mr Tire were not only pleasant and helpful, they were also fairly priced and extremely efficient. They had my tires mounted in no time and even put them back on my boat. Price was very fair and their customer service was excellent. I’d highly recommend them. Jody was the service manager who assisted me and the technician that changed out the tires was very nice and knowledgeable.

I had an excellent experience at Mr. Tire! The team performed a 4-wheel alignment on my vehicle efficiently and professionally. The staff was incredibly helpful from start to finish - they explained everything clearly, answered all my questions without making me feel rushed, and even pointed out a potential issue with my tire that could be causing issue with the slight pull to the right. The waiting area was clean and comfortable, and my car was ready exactly when they promised. I appreciate their honesty and expertise, and I'll definitely be returning for all my automotive needs. Highly recommend their service!

I had a blowout on my way to my Aunt’s house and knew nothing about this area. A nice man from Triple A said he heard good things about Mavis. My dealership was closed so Mavis came to the rescue! Very reasonable, awesome customer service, and totally professional. Grateful.

Today, in less than ideal conditions, the gentlemen at Mr. Tire on Burkemont Ave. in Morganton were at work in the ongoing ice storm and were able to install a new tire for us after one had been punctured by a chunk of ice on 181 north of town. They were exceptional in their service and more than fair in pricing. We really appreciate the efforts of store manager Jody Carswell & the technician (I didn't get his name, unfortunately) and highly recommend.

What i thought was going to be a long process wasnt. In a little over an hour, I got four brand new tires and my wheels aligned. The whole process was quick and done very well. I cant thank them enough. I would highly recommend Mr. Tire for this job need!
