Mr. Tire Auto Service Centers

Great service and reasonable pricing. No unnecessary charges. They checked my brakes fixed my tire and let me know my tire was under warranty...so, no charge. Did an overall check to get my crv ready for the year. I appreciate this particular Mr Tire as they have taken good care of me and my vehicle.

My friend dropped her car off at 9am, started calling at 3pm and kept calling every half hour until 4:45 pm to then come down and find out they decided to take an early day and say absolutely nothing. Not to mention after being told an inspection was $75 and then somehow that was wrong and now it's $150. And let's not forget about her driving it down here on Monday with no power steering for the guy to tell her he has to reschedule for Thursday and then they pull this shit. DO NOT COME HERE

AWFUL. I’m a Uber driver & had my car in there for a radiator was told 1-3 days which was understandable. Kept getting the timeline pushed back & pushed back & was offered no solutions. After 23 days of not making any income & no answers it took me a few HOURS to find the part & 2 days for delivery. Once I brought the missing part in the shop STILL wasn’t ready to do the job & took two more DAYS. After 29 DAYS my car was finished. They CLAIMED they took off $700 dollars WHICH STILL WASNT ENOUGH in my opinion but really just added a bunch of BS to make it look like a discount and was still almost $1,700 for the radiator service which was around what I was told from the jump & mind you was $1,800 at the dealer itself (just much further from my house) the ONLY reason I paid for this service (

This was THE worst experience ever. I purchased a car that was delivered to me october 6th at 4p.m. October 8th it was at tire choice on Lincoln way in Massillon, where some of the work was done. Upon inspection, they found it needed more work, so the warranty company sent me to Mr. Tire on Fulton Rd October 9th. At this point the work was beyond there expertise, but they lied to us and said they could complete it. Now the timing chain needed done , but the warranty company said they didn't do "preventative maintenance " so that was on them. My engine ended up blowing because the chained jumped. Yet again I was told they could fix it. This went on for almost 90 days, multiple rentals, and headaches. I received my vehicle back January 5th, and it's still not right. I'd steer clear

Had a flat tire while driving. I pulled into Mr. TIRE very late in afternoon. Manager found my tires in stock and said they could change out a set of four new tires immediately before they closed. Great service. I was back on the road within an hour
