Been here twice so far, once with a Jetta years ago, and once on Saturday with a Volvo XC60. I had ordered tires from a 3rd party and decided to have them delivered here for install. I dealt with the store manager (Ben I believe) and he was very friendly, accommodating (didn’t have an install appt). He got me set the same day and everything exceeded expectations. Double checked the wheel torque after 30 miles and all is good. Would highly recommend this place well above others in the area.
If you only need half the job done, this is your place!! I left my car for an oil change, alignment check, and tire rotation. No tire rotation at all. The windshield wiper fluid it empty. The low air indicator is still on. I have no idea if they even opened the hood of my car. Invoice 242919. This is terrible, no wonder there is no customer service line or contact us on their web page
Was able to schedule for a lunch time appointment for an oil change and tire rotation. Workstation and WiFi allowed me to get work done while I waited. Work was done fairly quick and allowed me to get back to work on time.
got a flat right by this place and everyone was booked days out. I walked in and 145$ later got my tire. they were slammed with work halloween day and they helped me get back on the road in no time. Benjamin was extremely polite and helpful. Ide be stranded if it wasn't for his kindness.
We didnt realize to honor a fleet discount Mr.Tire or myself needed call a 800number... somehow i saved money as if he said "he could help work somethin' out"!! So i saved a little money spending a little more than if i did it myself!) Regardless as a shopper every3months or so 300orders = diamond tier75%.... currently gold tier 50%, so maybe theyll catch a repair discount from me
