Mr. Tire Auto Service Centers

This was my first and last experience with Mr.Tire. My service was mediocre, and my vehicle was poorly handled while in their possession. First off, after calling and speaking with Jimmy to schedule my appointment, I show up the day and time we discussed to find out my appointment was never scheduled. None the less they were able to get me in and take care of my needs. However, I went in for a basic tire installation and left with deep scratches in each of my rims which wasn’t done previous to my appointment. Some oily substance was left sprayed all over my vehicle which ended up smearing all over my windows creating a safety hazard as I traveled home. I’m extremely displeased with my experience being a first time customer of Mr.Tire and would definitely not recommend anyone utilize their

Very happy. The price I was given on the phone for 3 tire replacements is what I paid. Great service even though they were short staffed at the end of the day. I was still in and out in less than an hour. Highly recommend!

Wonderful experience for my first tire change in Maryland, Brendon (please excuse spelling if not correct) was a great service advisor. Well rounded service, addressed and fixed all issues in a decent amount of time. Very accommodating and even put my spare back under the vehicle for me. 10/10 experience, Highly recommend visiting for your vehicles tire care needs.

Salisbury location did a great job installing tie rods and alighining my vehicle. They were also great in handling the situation with missing jam nuts for tie rods. Staff are very accomodating and services are very well priced. Thanks.guys you are great.
