Mr. Tire made my car inspection easy and stress-free! The staff was friendly, caring, and genuinely helpful from start to finish. They worked quickly and efficiently while still taking the time to explain everything clearly. It’s great to find a place that values both quality service and customer care. Brought 2013 Silverado to get brakes job on entire truck on 10/22 .I had pads with me. Was told…….drums in rear, couldn’t do them (but when I get them they’ll put em on. They said had year life left on them. They said they were able to resurface the rotors and do the pads. I said great ! Truck was done reasonable time while I waited. When I received truck…….brake pedal is/was extremely soft. Had to actuate far for em to work. I called MR. Tire (Shelby NC) asked about this. They said they bleed vent when done & should have been done. They & scheduled a diagnostic for 10/28@8 am. They ran diagnostic, said master cylinder is fine, rear drums are known to leak by, & brake fluid was low…..which yesterday when checked it was max. The manager said I needed new calipers and possibly flush . I resp

My son reccomended you after he purchased rims and tires for his F450. I had 4 new tires put on there on my Honda and immediately after we left my tire pressure light come on. We reset it thinking it was just from the install. Turned out I had a leak at the bead from the install. Took it back in and sat there another hour and then was charged to remount it. I think that should've been covered since it was a install issue not a faulty tire. They even said that it must not have been cleaned before mounting it the first time. Poor customer service.

Customer service was fine, the vehicle alignment service was not. Parts on my front end were on need of repairs. They did an inspection with a computer print out listing the areas inspected, and all were check as ok. They we not ok. I got tires at another shop a few days later and they showed me that that the tie end rods were in severe need of replacement. They were unable to do the service, so I went to another shop, they agreed they were in major need of replacement. MR TIRE should have seen his in their inspection and offered the repair PRIOR to performing the alignment. In addition, parts on my front end were left loose and put me and my family in danger while driving the vehicle. I have a video of the loose parts and shared them with MR TIRE. They did give me a full refund, however,

Store manager, Jennifer and mechanic Alex stayed late on a Friday night to change a flat tire for me. It caused them to close the store late. I really appreciate that. This store obviously has good customer service, for these two individuals were very nice and helpful.
