I got a nail in my tire and called to see if they were able to plug it. They were able to set me up with an appointment within 30 mins. When I arrived, there were two people ahead of me but the attendee was able to finish with them right on time for my appointment. After taking a look of my car, he let me know that he wasn't sure if they would be able to plug it but will let me know after they took a closer look. Luckily it was just a plug that was needed. My car was ready within the hour and has been driving with no issue since my service. They were even able to remove the tire pressure light that had been in my dash for months. I was very pleased with the service

I went there today with a nail on my tire. This place always has been my go to and im always pleased with the services but today was one of the best days. I was blessed with the compassion and professionalism of Ben and Manny, who really made my day by helping me with the repair of my tire. I definitely would recommend Mr. Tire of Union to anybody who needs sincere and good job done with the special work they do in there. Big thanks to Manny and Ben, I truly appreciate you guys!! They charged me $40 for "TPMS Stem kit". They did not ask me if I wanted this done, they never even mentioned it. I gave no authorization for this to be done. When I confronted them about it and told them both I and he damn well know they didn't change anything with the TPMS, he didn't even deny it. I was also told over the phone that an alignment would be $109.99 because I was getting 4 tires. When the bill came they charged me 134.99. When I pointed it out he said he would fix it. He only added a $14.99 discount which made it $120 not 109.99. You owe me $50.99. They also made a good size ding on my driver side rear quarter panel and took zero responsibility for it.

I had a disappointing experience with this auto service. I paid for an oil change and tire rotation, but they never informed me that they skipped the tire rotation until I specifically asked. When I requested a refund, they claimed it was a ‘complementary’ service—something they failed to mention beforehand. Fortunately, I had marked my tires, so I knew they hadn’t done the work. Trust is crucial in auto service, and withholding information is just as bad as lying. If I hadn’t checked, I would have assumed the job was done. I can’t recommend this place and won’t be returning. I wrote “T” on the top of rear tire, can be shown on the first two photos. Then after the service “T” is still on the same tire, bottom right.

Great experience at this tire shop. I got a quote online, and the price matched exactly when I came in—no surprises. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable, helped me choose the right tires without any pressure, and the service was quick and professional. I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending this place to others.
