Mr. Tire Auto Service Centers

I mean all I came here for was an oil change but the guy at the front desk was really nice even when I was asking dumb questions about my car. They recommended things for my car but I’m a cheapskate and it was no problem at all that I declined them. But the environment was chill.

I'm sure they do good work. While I have never been there, let me tell you why I'll never go there. Their phone service goes to an off-site call center. Sometimes, questions you might have are very shop-specific, so an off-site person isn't going to be able to answer them. I'm not sure when this trend of off-site call centers started, but I hate it with my whole being. If someone should run into an emergency, this renders trying to contact the shop absolutely worthless.

Mr tire at 1800 vestal pkwy, vestal ny. I was ripped off! Woman alone, I went in for a slow leak in a tire. Told me one wheel was loose, that they could rock it side to side, and I needed a tie rod end and an alignment. Car not safe. So I agreed. I trusted them. Now, a couple days later I am thinking - I had no steering or vibrations. No problems at all. I was there for three hours also. I googled symptoms of needing a tie rod end and alignment. I had no issues in steering at all!! No vibrations, no noise, no trouble steering. And my daily parking spot is very precise (small and narrow) and I never have an issue with the steering to get in and out of it. I have to pull in carefully because it is so tight. Steering 100% perfect. They charged me $387.24. I wonder if they did any

Will NEVER go again. 2024 car, bought new, was told I need new tires. Lies. Got the car inspected at a different place and it passed. Tried to rip me off because I was a woman! Will never step for in your facility again and will make sure everyone knows not to go there!

I had Mr Tire in Vestal service my car recently. Ralph, the store manager, was so responsive and got my tires ordered and installed in a short time. He kept in touch during the time that my car was in the garage and was a pleasure to deal with.
