Mr. Tire Auto Service Centers

The customer service at the 301 Waldorf location is extremely poor at best. I was in a pinch and needed air. I pulled into the parking lot and the service manager was outside. It was approximately 6pm and they did not close until 7. He ran inside as I approached. I told him my issue. All I needed was some air. He advised that the techs were gone and turned the air off for the day. This was 1 hour before close of business. That is unexceptionable. The service manager stated “you can go across the street”. All I needed was some air. This is the second time this location did this to me. The last time was about 30 minutes before closing I choose Mr. Tire because I was familiar with the company. Over the years Mr. Tire has gotten a lot of my money not this location but the company. I will not

Joe and his crew did a great quick job. Special order tire had tonbe procured, Joe kept me informed delivery status and got me in and out really quickly. There are quite a few tire shops closer to me, but this is the second time that Joe has helped with this oddball, and he is my choice going forward.

I am thankful to Mr. Tire for helping out of a bad spot. My tire went flat and my battery died a few moments after that. Luckily I was across the street from Mr. Tire. I got a tire and a battery and was soon on my way home. Great feeling to know they were able to help me when I needed it and so quickly!

I needed a particular tire to match the others after getting an unrepairable flat on a relatively new tire. Matt was great in helping me out. Although the tire was not in stock, Matt had one delivered the next day at a fair price. Thanks Matt!

Came in to get an oil change, Joe was there to assist and told us about a damaged part. He was able to source the part on a Saturday nonetheless and was informative. This shop does it right and it's the cheapest around the area.
