Mr. Tire Auto Service Centers

Had an appointment to have 4 tires and an alignment at 8am. Got there and Tim was the only person who showed up. Tim normally ran the desk. Tim took my car into the shop and mounted 4 new tires, balanced and did an alignment in about an hour. Tim is an incredible employee as far as I'm concerned. It's a shame nobody else showed up for work. Everything was great with the work he did. Thanks

Always a good experience. Especially the past two times I've been there Tim in particular is very helpful. Explains things well and in detail which is very nice for those of us who know nothing about vehicles.

I made an appointment at Mr. Tire in Westminster for 2:30pm to get a simple oil change and my fiance didn't end up leaving there until close to 5pm. After he arrived and they took the keys to the car, he sat there waiting for almost an hour just to be told they were waiting on an oil filter to be delivered. Had he known this ahead of time, he would've left there and went somewhere else instead of sitting there waiting for over 2 hours. I tried to call several times as well to find out what exactly was going on and how much longer things would take but no one answered the phone and I never received a call back either. Bottom line, next time I need an oil change I'll be going to jiffy lube instead.

I’ve had another frustrating experience with Mr Tire. I called the Westminster office for a quote for 4 tires and an alignment. I agreed and set up an appointment for installation and alignment. When I arrived the following week for the appointment, the tires were ordered but there was no record of my appointment. I was given a second higher quote. I left the car overnight and when I picked it up, the alignment was not done (the invoice said customer declined alignment, which I did not do). The price also went up a second time. The manager offered to get the alignment done ASAP for no charge, and waive the cost, but the overall price was still higher than the previous 2 quotes.
