Mr. Tire Auto Service Centers

Made an appointment online yesterday for an alignment today at 1 pm. Received confirmation email for appointment. Arrived for appointment and was told "not today. I've got a guy that left at 1 and my other guy is booked out the entire day." No apology, no phone call to give me a heads up, just a not today with no offer to reschedule. Don't bother, rude employees who don't respect their customers time.

Got tires mounted (I had bought my own online) and an alignment done. I had asked the worker when I picked it up if the alignment went ok and he said I was good. I now have around 1500 miles on my brand new tires. And they are worn on the outside considerably. I took it to a different shop to see if there were any issue with the suspension or the tie rods, no looseness was found so they put it on their alignment table to find that both front tires had extreme toe in. Which would explain the outside wear on the tires. Also, I was told that they could see where someone had used monkey wrenched to do the adjustment which marred up the tie rods. We have not been pleased with Mr. Tire since new management took over. My appointment for my inspection was at 8:00 am. I didn’t get a call to pick it up until 1:45. I called around 11:30 asking when it would be finished and the response was, “We have been busy”. I’m ok with that. I just wasn’t expecting my car to be there that long. If they were that busy, why did they make the appointment for that day? That is probably my last appointment with Mr. Tire! We have been going there for years and it definitely is not the same! My husband feels the same way!

I am writing to formally express my concern regarding my recent experience with the installation of two winter tires and the charges applied. Over the course of three days, I attempted to have the tires installed. On Friday evening, I was informed that there was not enough labor available and was asked to return on Saturday. I then called on Saturday and scheduled an appointment for 10:30 a.m.; however, upon arrival, I was again told that the service could not be completed due to insufficient staff. I ultimately returned on Sunday morning to complete the installation. Each time I visited, I specifically asked about the total cost and was consistently informed that the price would be $35.99 per tire plus tax. Bought lifetime brakes from them in 2021 . I needed new ones as the originals were worn down to not pass inspection. I called them and they said they couldn't find it in their system and even though I have the original invoice with the lifetime guarantee on it that they would not honor it. That it was too long ago and they dont have it in their system even though it clearly states they are guaranteed for the lifetime that the owner has the vehicle. Will never fo here or recommend them to anyone. They are scammers.also in the past they installed tires incorrectly. I had tires that were directional installed and they installed them incorrectly. I was made aware of this by a different mechanic and they refused to refund the installation they screwed up.
