Mr. Transmission

I recently purchased a 2004 Jeep Wrangler Sahara. Unfortunately you can never be sure what to expect on a "as is" sale. After the first week of driving, it broke down due to transmission issues. I had it towed to Mr. Transmission for evaluation. Long story short, I needed a replacement. Once ordered, the team worked their magic and got me back in service. They kept me informed throughout the entire process of installing a new one. I'm grateful for all of their support and professionalism. It underwent a two-week check up after installation and performed flawlessly. Great Job!

Kind of hard to leave a good review to a business that turns down work. Apparently they won't service high mileage vehicles. Must be expecting every customer to be driving brand new cars

3 days back from deployment, on my way back home for R&R leave my 2017 Silverado started to have some serious transmission problems. Mr. Transmission was the only shop in town that could get me in quickly, the others shops would’ve had me waiting 2+ weeks. Within a week of dropping it off, my truck was good-to-go. Friendly customer service and also honest hardworking people when it comes to transmission problems. Definitely skilled at what they do and highly recommend !

Best mechanic in town, hands down! I presented Robert with an issue I was having with my Durango, along with a quote that I got from Dodge to fix the issue. Not only did they take care of it the issue for me with recommendations for future service, but they handled it for over $3000 less than my original quote. They deliver top-tier service here, I highly recommend.

Mark and Bob were extremely helpful in trying to address the issues with my daughter's car there in Augusta. We did not move forward with the transmission fix because the cost was unjustified for a 10-year old car but they were very professional and helpful. If I ever have a need for their services in the future I would certainly go back to them and highly recommend them to others based on my experience.
