Mr. Transmission

My vehicle was recently towed from another car care center to Mr. Transmission due to a transmission cooler line that was leaking.because the center did not feel qualified to make the repair.The Manager Chris Roy that I worked with at Mr. Transmission evaluated the problem and discovered it was the result of an error made by another company that did previous work on the vehicle. Chris contacted the company on my behalf and as a result the company made good on their work. I believe my outcome would have been much different and I would have incurred a significant expense had it not been for the technical expertise, time, effort and intervention on my behalf without the help of Chris. Great people. Great service. Easy drop off and pick up. Just left my number and they called with updates. New tires, new brakes and oil change all same day. Feels like a new ride! John and Chris are the best.

These guys are lifesavers. I was finishing an overhaul on my 4L60E transmission I found myself short a manual valve linkage rod and servo retainer clip. These parts amount to about $10 by themselves but about $40 in shipping if you want them faster than two weeks. I decided to try some transmission shops assuming they might have some laying about. Mr. Transmission did and they were more than happy to help me out. Customer service was obviously a priority and was excellent. No doubt, if my home garage overhaul doesn’t do the trick They will get the next crack at my transmission.

John and Chris are the best! My son's transmission went in Mobile, 1200 miles from home. They had a new transmission delivered and installed in 3 business days. 4 months later, thru no fault of theirs the unit went. From 1200 miles away they coordinated delivery of a new transmission and found a shop to install it completely covering under warranty and did all this in less than 2 weeks. THEY TRULY CARE!
